  Levy Insurance Agency was a pleasure to work with. Rachel was quick to respond to my inquiries and get my policy situated timely. Her customer service was exceptional - kind, knowledgeable, and on the ball. She was patient and understanding with me as a first time home buyer that went in knowing nothing about this process. The agency's process as a whole was very pain-free.
  I'll be back to LIA as soon as my auto policies are due for renewal. I'm grateful to have found this agency.
