    3.5 Stars and could easily be a 4 or 4 plus.We really enjoyed our taco salad and chicken club sandwich meals. The place is fine and the menu has great variety. There are more fast food options than many competitors (burgers, chicken, Mexican, real milk shakes, etc.) and the food is good. Don't think we've ever seen it crowded. I wonder if that's because of the one missing ingredient? While they have a number of nice customer service options (they'll bring your order to the table, even come by to check on you and grab your trash - unheard of in fast food places) but they lack the spark, the smile, the eye contact that really signals that you're glad you're there. There are hints but they disappear behind staff chit chat or perhaps a desire to be somewhere else. Hoping they grab that spark!
